The only way for Child Agreements to show up on separate lines if to map them to different Agreement types and have a product ID mapped to each type on the GL Accounts setup table.
Instructions
This may take a bit more setup but if you use specific agreement types for your different parent and child agreements it should keep those separated for you. Please refer to our GL Account Mapping knowledge base article.
