The connection was made and is owned by another user

The integration cannot re-establish the connection with QuickBooks Online if the connection is locked by another user. However, the “App” can be disconnected from within QuickBooks Online from the Apps > My Apps page. Upon manual disconnection, the integration will be able to establish a new connection to the QuickBooks Online company. Please note that QuickBooks Online permissions may require manual disconnect be done by the account that owns the connection.
