The following steps will walk you through how to create your API Member to connect with Mobius.
Note: If you haven't done so yet, please create your custom security role with the permissions described in this article Custom Security Role before continuing with these instructions.
Step 1: To create an API Member, first, you need to navigate to the Members tab in ConnectWise PSA. System > Members > API Members tab.
Step 2: Then click the + to create a new API member. You will want the Member ID and Name to be easily identified for your connection to Mobius.
Step 3: The “Role ID” field must be set to the custom security role that you created for the Mobius Member.
Step 4: Click Save and Close.
Note: For all of our integrations we do recommend using a Custom Security Role.
