Error retrieving data from Manage Could not find Member "zAdmin" (ID: 117)

Cause

This error presents when a 'member' in ConnectWise PSA has either been deleted or made inactive. This will stop the entire batch from progressing beyond the "Exporting ConnectWise Batch" section.

Review the member listed in the Error. If the member is inactive or deleted, you will need to reactivate the member or select a different member on the expense report affected.
