Email Address does not conform to the syntax rules of RFC 822.
Cause
The email address provided is invalid. This can be caused by an extra leading space or invalid characters entered.
Example
Email address entered as "<Gozynta Support> support@gozynta.com" will return this error and will need to be updated to "support@gozynta.com"
Resolution
1. In ConnectWise PSA, navigate to the Company > Select the Company with this error > Contact
2. Verify the email address follows the following syntax: user@domain.com
3. Verify there are no extra spaces in the contact field, and re-run the batch.
4. In QuickBooks Online, navigate QuickBooks Online to Sales > Customers > Select the customer
5. Verify the email address follows the following syntax: user@domain.com
6. Verify there are no extra spaces in the contact field, and re-run the batch.
