Encountered ConnectWise API Error: 400: Accounting Batch object is invalid. The specified records contain one or more invalid ids. The following Ids do not exist: [invoice numbers]
When multiple invoice batches are run within a short time period, Mobius will try an batch the same invoices as the initial batch. This will cause all batches after to give this error. This can also be caused if AutoSync is still processing a batch and a manual batch is created.
Its important to let the prior batch finish running before starting an additional batch. If you receive this error, please allow all previous batches complete before running another batch. Our How do I review existing batches? knowledge base article explains how to review prior batches.
