Credit Memo # not found in ConnectWise. This Credit Memo was used on QuickBooks Online payment(s)
The credit memo was created in QuickBooks Online and applied to the invoice. All credit memos should be created in ConnectWise PSA, batched to QuickBooks Online, and applied to the applicable invoice. If the Credit memo does not exist in ConnectWise, The payment sync for this invoice will show a warning and the payment will not be applied.
To correct the issue, create the same credit memo in ConnectWise and apply it to the same invoice prior to your next payment sync. Alternatively, you can delete the credit memo from QuickBooks Online, create the credit memo in ConnectWise PSA and batch it to QuickBooks Online.
