Cause

When attempting to provide Gozynta with ConnectWise PSA Credentials, the user has attempted to enter a site with the protocol, i.e. they entered "http://test.connectwise.com" rather than "test.connectwise.com". 

Resolution

Please remove the "http://" or "https://" portion and try reconnecting.
