Resolution steps:
- Check the credentials by login in Sage
- Save the Full log and compare the credentials mentioned in the log file with actual credentials from Sage
- Confirm that the company file path from the log is the same Company File the Sage 50 Client is logging in with
- Ensure that the password doesn't contain more than 7 digits. The maximum length for a password is 7 digits for the integration.
