If your company is in the process of migrating from one domain to another and your Connectwise portal URL is going to change please proceed with the following:
You will need to change the Dynamics NAV settings after the migration. In order to do so: navigate to the File menu of our application. There's an option to return to the login form. Under CW credentials > Site > update the domain name to reflect the new one.
