
The Sage 50 Canada SDK doesn’t not verify username case sensitivity when validating username credentials and creating a connection to Sage. For example, if your username is "AUser", the Sake SDK will accept "auser" during login. However, when running a batch, the Sage SDK requires the username correct case sensitivity. If you are receiving this error, please verify that the username and password are correct with regards to case sensitivity. Please note that password case sensitivity is always required.
