Release Notes

We have received your feedback, and together with ConnectWise, we will be releasing the following features:

Payment Sync Date

We have added the ability to select a date when manually syncing payments from QuickBooks Online to ConnectWise PSA. This feature can be found under Run New Batch > Run Payment Sync:

Disable Payment Sync

We have added the ability to disable the automatic daily payment sync. This feature can be found under Set Up QuickBooks Online > [Your Company] > Payments:

Moved Batch Filters and Actions

We have moved around the batching options when creating a new batch. The Filters will now be located at the top of the screen, and the Actions will now be locked at the bottom of the screen, regardless of scrolling. This feature can be found on all of the batching screens under Run a New Batch:

Upgraded Hosting Platform

Last, but certainly not least, we have upgraded the backend hosting platform to a more robust solution. There will be no visual changes on the front-end, but this change will increase reliability and uptime.
